I'm Coach jazemine

​And I was you. A high-achieving woman of color navigating systems not built for me, trying to prove my worth by doing it all, and burning out in the process.

I was everyone's go-to person, the family CEO, the problem-solver, the one who held it all together. But I realized I was so busy being indispensable to everyone else that I had become invisible to myself.

 

​Then, I became sick for six months straight. Fragmenting across work-me, mom-me, friend-me. Breaking down. 

My husband and friends called me out: "You're giving everything to work and dying in the process."

That's when everything shifted. I learned to regulate my nervous system, reclaim my authentic identity, and prioritize myself without guilt. My sleep improved. My boundaries got stronger. I felt peace for the first time in years.

But here's what I realized: I couldn't have done it alone. And neither can you.

I built this work for high-achieving women like me, especially women of color, who are tired of fragmenting, ready to come back to themselves, and willing to do it with community support.

I'm Teaching You to Regulate, Reclaim Your Identity, and Prioritize Yourself So You Don't Need Me Forever This isn't about creating clients for life. This is about teaching you how to listen to your nervous system, honor your identity, and reclaim the parts of yourself you've abandoned. You'll learn tools you keep forever. You'll build relationships with women you keep forever. But the dependency? That ends. Because the goal is for you to be whole, integrated, unapologetic, and living a life designed by YOU, not reliant on me to tell you who you are or what you should want. You're learning to live your desired life. Not someone else's.

I Build Community, Not Dependence You won't need me forever, and that's the point. My goal isn't to keep you coaching with me indefinitely. It's to teach you how to regulate, reclaim, and become unapologetically yourself, with support from a community of women who actually get it. You're learning tools you keep. You're building connections that last. You're becoming independent and integrated.
