How to change your Perspective

Updated: Dec 24, 2020

Who hasn't felt stuck?!

Stuck in a job?

Stuck in a relationship?

Stuck financially?

HECK just plain ol' stuck?

I am sure we all have gone through this "feeling". And, we've even thrown ourselves a "Whoa is me pity party" and then probably had the nerve to send out invitations! (Ha)

But did you know what you believe is a "feeling" is actually a mindset?

Think about it. A feeling is an emotion, right? So how can you feel stuck?

Your mind and your perspective (outlook) of the situation at hand is what is stuck. You are more than likely in a place where you think you cannot escape your circumstance or situation. And, unfortunately in having that type of perspective, you are actually manifesting those negative thoughts into your reality.

So, how do you change your perspective when you keep facing the same challenges?

Well, you have 2 choices:

1. To Evolve; or

2. To Repeat in a dysfunctional cycle.

If you choose to evolve, you will make a decisions from the perspective of who or where you want to be in life. You will have a goal in mind, your commitment level will be high because your determination to 'get out' of your situation is your driver.

If you chose to repeat, then your mindset will stay the same. You will continue on the hamster wheel and your circumstance will remain the same.

So, what is your choice?

If you choose to evolve, then you have chosen an excellent choice. Let's start with setting some goals for overcoming where you are and envision where you want to be. From there we can work on execution.
