The Boldest Move I’ve Ever Made Was Choosing Me

There was a time when I had every title under the sun—mom, wife, professional, business owner, strong friend, helper, healer... you name it.
But if I’m being honest? I didn’t feel like me.
I was checking boxes, showing up for everyone, and pouring from a cup I hadn’t refilled in a long time. I thought I was doing the right thing. I thought being selfless was a badge of honor. And for a while, it worked. Until it didn’t.
Until I found myself exhausted, numb, and wondering how I could feel so disconnected in a life that looked full.
The Shift
It didn’t happen overnight. There was no lightning bolt moment. It started with a quiet realization: I can’t keep showing up for everyone else if I’m disappearing in the process.
So I gave myself permission to pause.
I started asking myself hard questions:
What do I need right now?
What have I been ignoring?
Where am I pouring energy that’s no longer serving me?
The answers weren’t easy, but they were necessary. And slowly, I began reintroducing myself to me, the version of me that had been buried under expectations, perfectionism, and performance.
The Boldest Move
Choosing yourself in a world that benefits from you putting yourself last? That’s bold. Saying no when you’ve always been the “yes” woman? Bold. Deciding to rebrand your life so it aligns with the woman you’re becoming, not who the world needs you to be? That’s bold, too.
The Tool That Helped Me Begin
If you’re reading this and thinking, “This is me” I created something for you.
It’s called the Life Audit Toolkit , and it’s the first step I took to reconnect with myself. It helped me assess what was working, what wasn’t, and where I was out of alignment in my life.
It’s just $7, and honestly? It’s the reset so many of us need—but rarely give ourselves.
You Deserve to Be a Priority
This isn’t about being selfish. It’s about being honest with yourself, about what you want, what you need, and what you’re worthy of.
If you’re feeling off, unfulfilled, or like your name has been missing from your own life...You’re not broken. You’re just overdue for a rebrand.
And I’d be honored to help guide you through it.
